Tonight for dinner I decided to go ahead and try the Italian dressing and chicken combo. I used the light Zesty Italian dressing (which I've read that a lot of people use) to do this.
I used half of the bottle to coat the bottom of the glass pan. I washed the chicken strips and scored the tops of them so that the dressing could soak into them more. Then I poured the rest of the bottle over the chicken and let it sit for about 10 minutes. I put the oven at 350 degrees and baked the chicken for about 25-30 minutes (depending on how think the chicken is).
I really enjoyed this dish! It's so so simple and easy to make and you can pair with plenty of different sides. :)

&& I finally tried green tea ice cream for the first time. The taste is interesting. Definitely worth a try for anyone who is adventurous!
