Crafting: Cute D.I.Y Push Pins

I cut out shapes from an index card since I had a bunch laying around but for this project I would definitely use a thicker piece of material like cardboard or foam board.  

I hot glued them to the push pins first before painting them the desired colors.

I also used some glitter ribbon for shapes.  Using fabric was easier as well and you don't have to worry about ruining the pins from bending and pushing then in!
