Cute mugs and cute little cakes are totally my thing. I came up with this quick and easy recipe for a hazelnut spread/nutella mug cake that serves as a tiny cheat treat but stays below 200 calories. This definitely works as a little snack or tiny dessert after a healthy meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp hazelnut spread/nutella
- 1 tbsp almond milk (or your choice of milk)
Directions:
- Mix milk and flour first in microwave safe mug.
- Soften haelnut/nutella for easier mixing, pour into mug.
- Mix well and microwave for 1 minute.
I saved this treat for after dinner so it was cold but I would definitely recommend eating while it is warm and moist!
