(So Late) New Years & a Quick Cookie Recipe

We had our first holiday celebration in our home!  Unfortunately, we were alone since family had their own stuff going on.  It was a simple yet comforting way to ring in the new year.  Earlier in the day, I was rushing to clean the place up because it's bad luck to bring in the new year with a dirty home.  Truth.  I packed all of our Christmas things in a box and strangely I was excited to be doing so.  We now have our official first Christmas box!  Small first home accomplishments, aha!  I made some burgers for dinner and even enjoyed myself a turkey burger with the tiny human (sooo good!).  I even made some confetti french vanilla cookies for dessert (recipe will be in the next post).  I hope you all enjoyed celebrating with family and friends.
